ALLAN MACDONALD | new work
Twelve New Paintings from Iceland 6 November - 21 December 2024MacDonald's latest twelve paintings are inspired by an expedition to Iceland in 2022, and they capture some of the unexpected wonders of a country famous for sagas, ice, volcanoes and epic waterfalls. These paintings let us see the land and the all-powerful forces that form it in new ways, and It has allowed MacDonald to find new ways to work with oil paints, a medium which he has made his own.
