Kilmorack Gallery is excited to show ROBERT MCAULAY's latest works in 'squeezed trees and communities' this spring. Few artists evolve their work as dramatically as ROBERT MCAULAY, and these latest paintings are no exception. All of them embody the features of his finest works - beautiful colours, absorbing texture and a sense of poetic place.

There are over fifteen works in this exhibition which includes a new series of bright loose landscape, a series of apartment blocks or buildings which he has called 'communities', red tree paintings and other works which reflect our needs for wild spaces, even in the urban setting.
